great experience but room could be better
The staff proved to be attentive, always ready with a smile! The breakfast spread impressed us, especially the live dosa station. We enjoyed the amazing mountain view, it made our mornings ethereal and peaceful.
The room lacked some basic amenities that would have enhanced our comfort.

Newly renovated brand-new place with marvellous and particularly good location really close to Munnar, the tea museum or anything else, Spice garden and Tea plantation and vast greenery. Courtesy of the staff. Compact room and the staff were extremely polite. Really comfortable stay, as always.
Poorly trained staff!

Its location a short way from Sunset View Point was stunning and great. The breakfast spread was satisfactory with a live cooking station for eggs and dishes of both south, as for instance...

The stunning views from the room were breathtaking, especially at sunrise. The yoga classes, led by an amazing instructor, were a great way to start the day.
Our romantic escape was far from perfect. The room also lacked soundproofing, making it uncomfortable for honeymoon couples.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the sprawling outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by a well, manicured garden area, was the perfect place to relax and soak up the stunning views of the surrounding hills. the Spa centre was undoubtedly the highlight of my stay, where I indulged in a full body massage that was both relaxing and invigorating. the restaurant's special diet menus were also a standout, offering a variety of delicious, healthy options. the private facilities in the well, appointed room were exclusive and made me feel like I was truly in a five, star resort.
While this hotel mostly delivered an impressive experience, I couldn't help but notice the cluttered lighting system in my room. Finding the right switch was a tedious task and often took longer than it should have.
